- “RCS” refers to Rich Communication Services messaging platforms operated via telecom providers.
- “Content” refers to messages, media, templates, data, or information transmitted using our Services.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally competent under Indian law to enter into a binding contract. These Terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable IT laws.
4. Description of Services
Bright Display System provides messaging communication solutions including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp Official API integration
- RCS Business Messaging services
- Business notification systems
- Customer engagement tools
- Message campaign management
- Automation and template-based messaging
We act as a technology facilitator, not a telecom operator.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to represent your business. Use of our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities is strictly forbidden.
6. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Bright Display System reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.
7. User Responsibilities

- Comply with WhatsApp & RCS messaging policies

- Not transmit unlawful, obscene, or harmful content
Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice.
8. Payment & Billing Terms

- Pay applicable fees on time
- Accept GST and statutory taxes
- Acknowledge non-refundability unless explicitly stated
Failure to pay may lead to service interruption.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. Bright Display System may terminate Services for policy violations, non-payment, or legal requirements without liability.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
Users must comply with:
- Meta Business Messaging Policy
- WhatsApp Commerce & Messaging Rules
- RCS Operator & Telecom Guidelines
Bright Display System is not responsible for Meta or telecom suspensions.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Message delivery is dependent on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee delivery, read receipts, or uptime. Users bear sole responsibility for message legality and compliance.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, branding, content, and materials are the exclusive property of Bright Display System. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, customer data, and system credentials.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
Bright Display System shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Display System from claims arising due to misuse, policy violations, or unlawful messaging.
17. Governing Law (India)
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of revised Terms.
